Do patients ever pay?+
Patients use Nirogan free, forever. Teleconsultation fees go to the consulting doctor; we don't take a cut from individual consults on the patient app.
Can I switch plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — billing prorates automatically.
Do you support on-premise or hybrid deployments?+
Yes, on the Network plan. We support hybrid setups for hospitals with strict data residency or sovereignty requirements.
