Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, or use the service under a guardian's supervision. Clinicians must hold a valid registration.
Medical disclaimer
Nirogan is a software platform. AI features (vitals, CDSS) are decision-support tools and not a substitute for professional clinical judgement. Always seek care from a qualified clinician.
Account responsibility
Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect compromise.
Acceptable use
No misuse, no scraping, no impersonation, no unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirogan's liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app.
