Privacy Notice

We built Nirogan to feel warm and safe. This notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control your information.

Last updated: 12 September 2025

1) Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to Nirogan websites, apps and related services (“Services”). If you access third-party services through Nirogan (e.g., payment providers, ABDM systems), their privacy terms apply to their processing.

2) Data we collect

  • Account & contact — name, email, phone, role, clinic/hospital details.
  • Usage & device — pages, actions, timestamps, IP address, device and browser information.
  • Consult data — symptoms, notes, files you upload, e-prescriptions, follow-ups (when you choose to use these features).
  • AI Vitals inputs — video frames or signals needed to estimate vitals (e.g., HR, RR) and derived quality scores.
  • ABDM/ABHA identifiers — where enabled, ABHA IDs and consent artefacts (with time bounds and audit logs).
  • Support — messages and call notes when you contact us.

3) How we use data

  • Provide Services (teleconsultation, AI Vitals estimates, CDSS cues).
  • Operate, secure and improve quality and reliability.
  • Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
  • Communicate about product updates, trials and support (you can opt out of marketing).

Medical disclaimer: AI Vitals and CDSS are assistive; clinicians remain in control.

4) Sharing

  • Vendors/Processors that help us run the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics, support), bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • With your direction — e.g., sending notes/e-Rx to patients, sharing to PHR/ABHA with consent.
  • Legal — to comply with applicable law, prevent harm, or protect our rights.
  • Change of control — during a merger or acquisition, subject to this Notice.

We do not sell personal data.

5) ABDM & ABHA

Where enabled, Nirogan supports ABHA creation/linking and ABDM consent artefacts. Access to records occurs only with valid, time-bound patient consent. Patients can revoke consents according to ABDM rules. We maintain audit logs for such exchanges.

6) Cookies & similar technologies

We use essential cookies to keep the site working and may use limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies via your browser settings. If we introduce optional analytics/marketing cookies, we’ll provide a way to manage preferences.

7) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, logging). No method is 100% secure; report concerns to Niroganhealthcare@gmail.com.

8) Data retention

We retain data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements, or resolve disputes. Where feasible, we de-identify or aggregate data for analytics and safety research.

9) Your choices & rights

  • Access/Update: You can request a copy of your data or ask us to correct it.
  • Delete: You can request deletion where applicable (subject to legal/contractual limits).
  • Consent: You can withdraw certain consents (e.g., ABDM sharing) at any time.
  • Communications: Opt out of non-essential emails using unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

To exercise rights, email Niroganhealthcare@gmail.com. We may verify your request before acting.

10) Children’s privacy

Nirogan is intended for use by adults and licensed providers. Where minors are involved, a parent/guardian or provider should manage consent and access.

11) International transfers

We may process data on servers located outside your state or country. Where we transfer data, we take steps designed to protect it consistent with this Notice.

12) Changes to this Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., via the website or email).
